Things I have been making

It has been a bit of a nutso time over the last few weeks, but amongst the busy schedule, I have still managed to fit in some time for a healthy amount of making.  I thought I would take a moment to share some pictures of what I’ve been working on over the last couple of weeks.

Daphne and Daisy have been my comrades in the recent blur of jacket making and bedazzling!  I love to pop them up on my desk so they can snooze while I work.

The lovely folk over at Nutra Organics sent me their new Mermaid Latte to bedazzle, which I LOVED doing!!

It me!  Clad in tinsel!  I had to try this one on before sending it off to a cutie gal.

I had destroyed a pair of plain black mules, so decided to breathe new life into them with some jewels and paper flowers!

Sometimes I get itchy fingers and will settle down in front of the telly for a bit of a recreational glue.  The above is what happens in such a scenario.

Just assume that I am always making pom poms…

Made the below chunky earrings for a fun party. They are pretty heavy, but worth the lobe pain!

I am currently working on my second book with Hardie Grant.  Naturally the sausages are there to support me through the writing process.

It has been a total blur of tinsel making with the launch of my fresh website.  I have literally been getting home from work each day and heading straight to my sewing machine. It’s been pretty full on, but INCREDIBLY satisfying to have finished so many orders!

Trialling some new frame designs at the moment too!

In an exciting turn of events, Totally Wild came to film at or place this week.  Daisy was the star of the show, being her cute self as we made matching pom pom collars and many other goodies to air on the show in the next few months.

And that’s that.  Thanks for taking the time to have a little squiz at what I’ve been up to lately!

Rach xx
